Smiths British Army Watch Broad Arrow W10 1968 issue

Smith's military watch has been rising in price significantly recently, and it's incredibly cool!

To put it simply, it is a simple and sturdy watch with no unnecessary decoration and only functionality.

Generally, 95% of the watches adopted by the British military are made in Switzerland, but this company, Smith, is made in their home country of England, so it is a British company.

Perhaps that is why there is a sense of gentlemanliness that is reminiscent of the British man contained within the watch.

The reverse bears the Broad Arrow mark (upward arrow mark), which is British military property.

This mark contains the following meaning.

Therefore, they were managed by the British military, provided for actual use, and had to be returned when they were finished using them.

This is a W10 that was issued from the late 1960s, and is equipped with the Cal. 60466E with an anti-magnetic dust cover.

Smith watches come in two types: popular pin-lever movement models and high-end models equipped with movements designed by LeCoultre engineers, and this watch is equipped with a high-end movement.

The watch in question was found to be in fairly good condition and, although it does have a few scratches, it still remains close to its original condition.
