Vintage ladies watch Patek Philippe 18K white gold 1950s
This is a wonderful ladies' Patek Philippe from the 1950s.
A watch that is over 60 years old and in this excellent condition is extremely hard to come by.
Patek Philippe is the pinnacle of Swiss watchmaking and there are no better watchmakers in the world.
The 18K white gold 17mm case and bracelet are in very good condition and both are signed Patek Philippe.
With its original unrestored off-white dial with white gold baton and pencil hands, this watch oozes 1950s charm and elegance and is absolutely gorgeous.
The ultra-high-end 20-jewel movement has been overhauled by a watchmaker.
To complement this magnificent piece, it is presented on an original 18K gold Patek Philippe bracelet.
Case
The 18K solid white gold case and bracelet are in excellent condition. The small ladies' case measures 17mm excluding the winding crown. The winding crown with the Patek Philippe logo is also original.
On the inside of the caseback, all the markings are engraved exactly as you would expect: Patek Philippe, Swiss, and fully hallmarked 18K solid gold.
Dial
The original off-white dial is enhanced with white gold batons and pencil hands, giving this watch a truly gorgeous look. It exudes 1950s glamour and elegance.
The dial is signed: Patek Philippe, Geneve, Swiss.
Movement
The super high-end 20 jewel movement is in very good condition and has been fully serviced. The movement is fully signed: the movement is signed Patek Philippe, Swiss Made, 20 Jewels and is serial numbered.
Note: Not waterproof.
bracelet
To complement this magnificent piece, it is presented on an original 18K gold Patek Philippe bracelet, which fits wrist sizes just under 180mm and has a two-step adjustable clasp, the smaller size being estimated at approximately 175mm.
Box and Certificate
As with many vintage watches over 70 years old, the original certificates and boxes have been lost or discarded over the years, but even though this watch does not have the original certificate and box, the reference number, markings, signatures and hallmarks are all correctly engraved, proving that it is a watch from around the 1950s.
Since we purchase the products from our friends overseas, it will take about 2 weeks to 1 month for them to arrive.
