OMEGA Vintage Military Watch Royal Air Force Fat Arrow 1953

This is a Fat Arrow model delivered by OMEGA to the Royal Air Force.

Originally, this previous model was a Thin Arrow, and when the luminous paint was replaced with tritium, the dial was also replaced together.

It is a little hard to tell from the photo, but it is quite tough and heavy.

It is 37mm in diameter, so it has quite a presence.

As one would expect from a military watch, it has a sense of massiveness.

The windshield has been replaced, but considering the age of the watch, I suppose that cannot be helped.

The watch has a double-layer structure, which is used in high-end watches, and this double-layer structure makes the watch resistant to magnetic fields.

The watch is also equipped with a dust cover for improved dustproofing, which is a nice touch!

The movement is equipped with OMEGA's signature 30mm caliber Cal. 283.

It is rose pink plated and is a high-end machine with Incabloc.

The belt is wrapped with a navy NATO strap and is ready to use immediately after purchase.

There are a few spots on the case, but it has the feel of how it has passed through the war, creating a taste.

The movement has been O/H'd by our partner craftsman.

It operates within 30 seconds per day.
